The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They attended to use with patience and care. They assisted us with our luggage and items we ordered as souvenirs from grab and they kept well for us and labelled carefully with names and phone numbers. When our grab drivers stopped in front of the lobby, they immediately walked up to help us pick up the luggage, even though this is not a five star hotel but the service is definitely better than other hotels I have stayed. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfy. Even the toilets are sparkling clean They serve good breakfast too! With the affordable price, this stay definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you fave hotel for such a pleasant stay for us.

Hot shower, albeit an overhead one. Helpful staff, some English spoken. Located in fairly upmarket area, not many street eats nearby, though plenty classier options, and malls. Room well equipped with lights and plugs, comfortable beds, clean. Modern corporate hotel.
